Resumen
The application of Six Sigma to the models of energy management is vital because it brings
a continuous improvement, optimizes the efficient consumption of energy and strengthens
the conservation culture. This article shows an example of the application of the Six Sigma
methodology in the energy management models used for the “Reduction of Energy Waste” in
the Sumicol-Corona industrial park in Sabaneta, Antioquia.
